Terms of Service

1. Scope of Service
The "Salary Planning - Bookkeeping" application (the "Service") is a financial management tool provided by the Development Team. The Service provides a platform for manual entry and calculation of financial data. We do not provide professional financial, tax, or legal advice. All calculations are provided for informational purposes only.
2. User Data & Security
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into the system. You agree that the Service shall not be held liable for any financial decisions made based on application output. While we implement industry-standard encryption, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your own device and account credentials.
3. Age Restriction (17+)
Financial management requires legal capacity. Access to the Service is strictly limited to individuals aged 17 or older. By using the app, you warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. Accounts found to be operated by minors will be terminated without refund or data recovery.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service to: (a) Facilitate money laundering or illegal financial transactions; (b) Reverse engineer the calculation algorithms; (c) Upload data that is fraudulent or deceptive; (d) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our server infrastructure.
5. Governing Law & Arbitration
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the SIAC Rules. The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
